House Rules in Apartments!

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Upon arrival, you will need to provide your ID card or passport to the host. Your personal document will be returned to you after registration in the Guest Book and registration with the Tourist Board, no later than within 24 hours. The price for using the apartment for the entire agreed period is charged on the first day of stay in the apartment. If you decide to terminate your agreed stay earlier, you are obligated to pay the entire reservation.

Guests are responsible for their behavior in the apartments. In the event of any accident, they bear the consequences themselves. Guests are required to take special care of the key and locking the apartment because the owners are not responsible for theft or negligence. The fee for the loss of the key is 100 Euros. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM during which time it is prohibited to create noise and disturb the peace, and disturb other guests. It is strictly prohibited to take the owner's property out of the apartment, e.g. (towels, dishes, blankets)...

It is not allowed to bring easily flammable and explosive substances or substances with a strong or unpleasant odor into the apartment. Furthermore, bringing in electrical appliances without the consent of the host is not allowed. This rule does not apply to personal care electrical appliances. Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuable items they leave in the apartment. The owner is not responsible for their possible disappearance. You also have a safe at your disposal where you can store your documents and valuables. The owner does not have the right to enter the apartment while the guests are absent, except in special cases when entry is necessary to prevent possible damage or danger. In such cases, the owner is obliged to inform the guests about entering the apartment at their first encounter. On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to allow the apartment owner to inspect all rooms and household appliances in their presence. The guest is responsible for any damage that occurred during their stay. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

The house rules are an integral part of the lease. At the beginning of the lease, the guest is obliged to read and sign the house rules as a sign of agreement. If the house rules are not signed, but the guest pays a deposit or confirms it, it is considered that they have read and accepted the house rules. Due to non-compliance with the house rules, the owner has the right to unconditionally cancel the accommodation for guests, and in that case, the money is not refunded.

By using the accommodation, it is understood that the guest is familiar with the house rules of the apartment and agrees to the obligations and conditions stated in the house rules.
